Meet The Team

Jeff Atthowe - Director

One of the founding partners of GFA Stonemasonry, Jeff has dedicated his life to the specialist building and stone masonry business. Building and restoration is in his blood - and has long been in his family. After taking over the family business in the early 1990's - Jeff has continued to build on its success and reputation as one of the most sought after building specialists in Norfolk.

Alistair Aitken- Master Stonemason

Highly experienced with 41 years in the Stonemasonry trade and has been with GFA Stonemasonry since it was formed in 2014.

In the past Alastair has undertaken large projects such as Norwich Memorial Garden, Norwich Cathedral Tower/Spire restoration, the RC Cathedral Narthex building and many churches in Norfolk & Suffolk. Always enjoys taking on challenging projects.

Keith Oram - Master Stonemason

With a wealth of experience in the stone masonry trade combined with solid management skills. Has undertaken many large projects in Norwich. Although retired, Keith is always on hand to work with us - utilising his extensive knowledge and skills working stone with real precision and enthusiasm!

Mark Rutherford - Stonemason

With 40 years experience in the stone masonry trade Mark has undertaken all aspects of site fixing plus conservation work. He's spent most of his career working on Norwich Cathedral along with extensive work on the Old Divinity School at Saint John's College, Cambridge - incorporating both the old and the new. This combined with an infinite amount of small parish churches in and around Norfolk.
